The DocWarehouse™ product suite is completely integrated with call center operations to provide our users with a consistent interface for reporting.

 
 
  In most forms processing operations, individuals and organizations that fill out forms want to call into a hotline to check on the status of their paperwork that has been submitted. Many times, outbound calls are desired, and in either case, VDS can be your outsourced call center operations partner.

In addition to call center operations, the DocWarehouse™ product suite provides Interractive Voice Responce (IVR) integration. Now, based on business rules in DocWarehouse™, inbound IVR callers in any language can be provided with dynamic IVR menus which can play document status, allow for document reprints, play receipt date, etc. Additionally, outbound IVR calls can be made based on business rules established in the DocWarehouse™ system. As with call center reporting, IVR reporting is available in the same web based user interface.
